At Jointly, we connect local communities through 'Hubs' - groups of families, clubs, and organizations - to provide fresh, local produce conveniently and affordably. Here's how it works:

  1. Create or join a Hub: use our platform to start or join a Hub in your area.

  2. Membership: sign up by selecting a product on jointly.shop, clicking a link, or scanning a QR code to join your local Hub.

  3. Ordering Process:

    • Curated Shopping List: choose from a variety of fresh produce like potatoes, carrots, corn, and strawberries.
    • Mystery Box: opt for a mystery box for extra value, featuring surplus items.
    • Commitment: members commit to weekly or fortnightly purchases to ensure consistent participation.
  4. Distribution:

    • Logistics: Jointly handles transactions, ordering, and supply chain management.
    • Pickup: produce is delivered to the Hub, where members collect their orders at a designated time.
    • Communication: members can communicate within the Hub using our internal chat feature and update their shopping list weekly.
  5. Key Dates & Operations:

    • Deal Launch: prices are updated every Friday by 5 PM and are valid through Sunday 8 PM for fruit and veggies.
    • Artisan Collections: orders for handmade goods like bread, cheese, sauces, dressings, and coffee close at 12 PM Sunday and are picked up with the veggie boxes on the next day.
    • Pickup: collect your produce on Monday between 3:00--5:30 PM at your designated Hub.
  6. Sourcing: we source from the Melbourne Market and local suppliers, aiming to deliver produce within 24 hours of harvest for local items and 2-4 days for interstate produce.

Current and Future Plans:

  • Initial Hubs: our first Hubs are in Mt Martha, Bittern, Point Leo, Shoreham, South Frankston and Selby, with plans to expand Victoria-wide.
